Prior to starting Selah Christian Mental Health Counseling LLC, I spent 4 years in a Christian group practice setting. I have experience working with adolescents and adults in helping them manage symptoms of anxiety, stress, depression, pornography addictions, sexual identity issues, and life transitions. My vision since venturing into the field of therapy has always remained the same … to be a bridge between faith and mental health counseling by offering faith-based counseling services.
